We delivered a 690 m² premium Arabian-modern boutique hub with marble and brushed-gold envelope, single padel court with viewing lounge, free-roam VR arena, and a curated non-alcoholic mocktail and specialty-coffee program.
Result: 330 daily members and guests, 95 NPS, members-only club model.
